Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator:
BMMB Construction Group Inc. is growing and we’re looking for the right individual to join our awesome team in the role of a Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone with past hands-on experience in renovation and plumbing fields who is ready to grow into a key role within a fast-paced construction company.
Responsibilities
*Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
*Prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals
*Assist with project management and job tracking
*Work closely with management, trades, and suppliers
*Maintain organized documentation and cost tracking using Excel and Microsoft Office
*Support ongoing renovation and plumbing projects from estimating to completion
Requirements
*Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
*Background in renovations and plumbing (field or office experience)
*Ability to read and understand construction drawings
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
*Professional communication skills
* Team-oriented
Assets
*University/Collage diploma in the Construction/Mechanical field
*Previous estimating experience
*Knowledge of materials, take-offs, and pricing
*Experience in residential and light commercial projects
